Files Go is a new application from Google that will allow users to directly exchange files. No need to use the internet.
The main feature of the new Google app will be the direct exchange of files between Android users. This will take place wirelessly as a Bluetooth connection. In addition, Files Go will be able to be used as a system file manager.

Looks like it is now available on Google Play.

Duplicate file delete seems to be a good feature
