OS crashes for certain apps - grr - 11 November 17
Hello,
For below config, when I install few apps I face issues
1. Trebuchet crashes
2. Phone reboots
3. Cannot use anything as it says app crash, etc for anything I do
Issues show up immediately after app install
Redmi 1S
Model-HM 1S
Android Version 4.4.4
using CyanogenMod version - 11-20141201-UNOFFICIAL-armani
Apps causing issue are
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.swiggy.android
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.olacabs.customer
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.act.mobile.apps
EDIT:
Current version of Ola causes issue. I have version 4.4.9 installed and working fine.When I update this version from GooglePlay, I face above listed issues.

Are you using any app2SD option? Does the rom have an install apps to SD card option?

No for both questions
All apps install on Phone's internal memory only

My knack says it's due to the app targeting Nougat/Oreo. Also, have you changed any setting in xposed modules?

I would assume so too, perhaps they have dropped the API support for older versions.
