Laptop Keys Issue - pinp - 20 July 19 On 1 of our laptops, sometimes the keys a, q, z, 1, 0 doesn't work. If I press the keys repeatedly, the keys work. And after some time the issue automatically disappears. The system is Win 10 64-bit and updated. The drivers are the latest available on the laptop manufacturer's website. What could be the reason for the issue? RE: Laptop Keys Issue - harlan4096 - 20 July 19 Probably the keyboard sensors are damaged, or one of several keys remain pressed... RE: Laptop Keys Issue - pinp - 21 July 19 harlan, it does seem the keyboard sensors issue. I will check cleaning the keyboard. If the issue is not fixed then I will show it to a tech. |
