Is there any 'Protection' difference between Kaspersky Free Offerings and Kaspersky Antivirus Paid?
Does Kaspersky Cloud Free add additional processes compared to Kaspersky Free?
Any popup, advert, etc in Kaspersky Free and Kaspersky Cloud Free?

1.- In KFA You can't tweak the main protection modules, in KSC Free You can...
2.- Kaspersky Free products don't have 2 important modules: Application Control + FireWall, apart from other extra features in paid versions.
3.- No, usually You will find the known avp.exe + avpui.exe services running.
4.- If you connect KFA and KSC Free (mandatory) to Your "My Kaspersky" account, You should not get almost any advert, except some inside the GUI, to change to paid version, but I don't think them annoying...

Since 2018 versions Kaspersky does not provide directly an offline installer, but You may contact to Kaspersky Support via My Kaspersky and probably They will provide a solution...

BUT... You may try to download all the KFA2019 folder structure/installer files, then run startup.exe, from this server:
