Microsoft offers virtual machines with a development environment for Windows 10

When you download the development environment, you can select a virtual machine for VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V or Parallels. The size of each image is from 17 to 20 gigabytes.

The term of Windows 10 Enterprise expires on January 15, 2018.

You know, you can download and use Windows 10 without activating it. There will just be a watermark near the system tray. It will work fine.
