Quote:Google is known to keep making some changes to the Play Store. The company had tweaked the search results layout on the store in late March to show app ratings, size, and download count. Now, it is again working on improving the search function by enhancing the filters feature.
As of now, when one searches for an app on the Play Store, Google displays some generic suggestions on top for filtering the results based on the search term. For example, searching for "Xiaomi" will show suggestions like "launcher," "keyboard," "gallery," and more. This will change once filter support is rolled out. In total, there are four filters that users can apply. One can also use multiple filters at the same time to further refine the results.
