DSpeech 1.64.6 (speech applications) Freeware
A simple utility designed to work as a speech synthesis tool which can easily read the text you enter, while allowing you to adjust the speech speed.

DSpeech is a speech application that reads the text you enter, with various configuration settings to help achieve its goal.
Obviously, you do not need a complex interface for such a program, DSpeech therefore has a rather simple look that allows you to fully experience all the integrated features.
The main window for example, allows you to configure the most critical parameters, both those for voice or the way she reads the text you write in a dedicated field.
Besides the fact that you can select the voice , you are also allowed to configure the sound quality and the material you want to use for recording, with a separate tool to save the output MP3 or WAV format.

Although it is not entirely necessary, DSpeech also incorporates a font selector but also a panel called "Commands" to speak the written text. You can pause and talk from the cursor, but also talk about the previous line, current or next.
The good thing is that DSpeech gives you the power to adjust the voice from the start, with three sliders placed in the main window to adjust the volume, speed and height.
The management of shortcuts is also included , which means you can change the voice, adjust the volume or speak the written text by simply pressing a predefined key combination.
Obviously, you do not need a super fast system to use DSpeech and the application seems to work flawlessly on all Windows iterations.
