Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool HERE:

and save it to your desktop (if you don't know which version you have to download please download both and use which works for you) and Rkill HERE:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/ and save it to your desktop.
After you downloaded those two tools please do the following:
1. Run Rkill as Administrator and wait for the generated file Rkill.txt on your desktop, attach it in your thread
2. Run FRST as Administrator
3. Click on Scan
4. Attach in your thread FRST.txt and Addition.txt generated on your desktop
1. The replies are done by us as soon as possible
2. Only Geeks.FYI Staff or members approved by Geeks.FYI Staff can reply to those threads to help users
3. If your thread is not replied after 3 days please send a PM to me (@Deep900) or to a Staff member of Geeks.FYI
