New Intel Microcode Updates Available for All Windows 10 Versions

Microsoft has released new Intel microcode updates for all versions of Windows 10, including version 1909 (November 2019 Update) and 1903 (May 2019 Update).
 
The full list of updates, which you can find embedded in the box after the jump, also includes an update for the original Windows 10 version published in July 2015. On the other hand, the upcoming Windows 10 version 2004, also referred to as 20H1, isn’t getting the update. This feature update is projected to launch in the spring of this year.

In addition to resolving hardware bugs, these new Intel microcode updates also add support or revisions for the following families of processors:

• Denverton
  
• Sandy Bridge
  
• Sandy Bridge E, EP
  
• Valley View
  
• Whiskey Lake U
  

What’s important to know, however, is that these updates are only available from the Microsoft Update Catalog, so they aren’t offered to Windows 10 devices through Windows Update.
