Windows 10 update KB4476976 can be installed via Windows Update by going into Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update and then select Check for updates.
After installation, the cumulative update will increase the OS build number to 17763.292 (the build can be checked using by launching the winver tool from the Start menu).
Standalone packages are also available for download from the Microsoft Update Catalog website allowing users to manually install the version for their platform.
