Deleted all the language folders except English. Restarted the app multiple times. But some parts of the GUI are still in French

No, just delete the French file - and english will become the default..I have this on my laptop and it's working 100%

Deleting the language files and the folders is basically the same thing. To test it per your idea, I reinstalled the program and deleted just the language file (XML). No effect, sorry.

It seems  that only the tab highlighted by your screenshot is compromised though.  Admittedly, this is vital, however, give me a few days, I will try to find a solution..sorry for the inconvenience.
