With Windows 10 May 2020 Update, Microsoft has made the app optional for Windows 10 users. This means that the app will no longer come installed along with Windows 10 but users can download it from the optional features menu. If you are someone who actively relies on it then you can follow the steps below to download it again:Once installed, the app can be accessed from the Start menu. You can navigate back to Optional Features to uninstall 'Wireless Display' to remove the app.
- Open the Settings app and navigate to Apps > Optional features > Add a feature.
- Type 'Wireless Display' in the search bar and click on the checkbox beside Wireless display to select it.
- Click on 'Install' at the bottom of the dialog box to install the Connect app.
