I use PotPlayer on my 64-bit Windows 10 PC. It may be a bit resource intensive, but if you have a graphics card, it is a great player.

Gom player plus on pc. Find it better than VLC. On mobile i tried many but came back to VLC.

I have moved on to Zoom Player MAX. There was a deal for the lifetime license. The difference in the video rendering quality between Zoom Player and Pot Player was enough to make me buy it.
