14th Gen Core Desktop
Intel is unveiling more of its desktop CPU series based on Raptor Lake Refresh silicon, boasting configurations with up to 24 cores. Unlike the Core-K “unlocked” series, these CPUs belong to the mainstream segment and feature a default TDP of 46W-65W. These CPUs will be available as both graphics-equipped models and Core-F variants with graphics enabled. The Core-F models are, of course, priced more affordably.
All boxed Core i7/i5 and i3 CPUs will come bundled with the Intel Laminar RM1 cooler, designed to support these power-limited CPUs efficiently, handling up to 154W. For the Core i9 models, which boast a Maximum Turbo Power of 219W, a more capable RH1 cooler will be provided.
