Old Driver Causes Wi-Fi Connectivity Loss on Windows 10 May 2019 Update
#1
Quote:Windows 10 May 2019 Update, or version 1903, is now rolling out to production devices across the world on Windows Update, which means that users can simply download it by checking for updates on their computers.

However, Microsoft says that some of the PCs that are updated to the May update may end up experiencing Wi-Fi connectivity loss due to what appears to be an old Qualcomm driver.
Microsoft doesn’t provide too many details on this driver, but it says that newer drivers should already be available for download, and this is why you are recommended to get it as soon as possible.

“Some older computers may experience loss of Wi-Fi connectivity due to an outdated Qualcomm driver. An updated Wi-Fi driver should be available from your device manufacturer (OEM),” the software giant explains. “Download and install an updated Wi-Fi driver from your device manufacturer (OEM).”
