Very good applications indeed! I seem to notice that the now we cannot install Ashampoo products without an internet connection. Previously we can install without an internet connection and then later activate the product. Also some installs need Ashampoo Connect now (free versions). I'd wish they can stop that Ashampoo Connect usage. Anyway, thes are just minor issues that I noticed but still an issue for me.

I have used many Ashampoo apps like Snap, Uninstaller, Winoptimizer etc. I would like to suggest adding the option to record both mic and speakers and display these settings while recording also in Ashampoo Snap. Otherwise, I have not found anything to dislike in any Ashampoo app. I like its ashampoo uninstaller particulary for monitoring uninstalls even after usiing default add/remove programs option in Windows.

I have been using Ashampoo software apps for over 15 years and have found them invaluable in many situations. - My favorite software app is Ashampoo WinOptimizer, followed by Ashampoo UnInstaller and Ashampoo Backup Pro. I have had occasion to use Ashampoo Photo Optimizer a few years ago. My wife has a need to use Ashampoo Office 9 in her home business. ... There are a couple of other Ashampoo apps that I use a lot that are not in this contest. So, I can honestly say that Ashampoo software apps are always on either my or my families' computers.

1. I almost always use Ashampoo WinOptimizer to clean the trash files from my computer before I shut down my computer, or before I begin defragging my computer's hard-drive. 

2. I use Ashampoo UnInstaller when I want to completely uninstall all remnants (leftovers) from any software app that I need to uninstall

3. A couple of years ago, I started using Ashampoo Backup Pro to restore my hard-drive back to a functional condition when any malware or systemic failure causes my computer to fail. It has been a lifesaver when disaster strikes from various vital problems.


My one bit of feedback to the Ashampoo team is that I wish that Ashampoo Photo Optimizer was as user-friendly as the rest of their software products. ... Maybe it's just the way my brain works that Ashampoo Photo Optimizer is a little too complicated for me. I know of several friends who have no problem with Ashampoo Photo Optimizer, but I do.

According to my personal observation, Ashampoo is a very generous Software Company that gives a lot free licenses to its customers and common users which is really overwhelming. I am so grateful to Ashampoo's generosity because of giving away these free licenses without any hesitations. That is why I used most of its applications and always waiting for its latest updates and upgrades.
