Acer aspire 5610
CPU: Intel core duo T2050 1.60 ghz
ram 3 gb
Hdd seagate 149 gb
windows 10 home 32 bits (version 1803).

I am an advanced user of windows
I have tried some solutions
but nothing works.
impossible to update to 1809
impossible to install in clean 1809 (dvd or usb)
Microsoft's media creation tool does not work either.
the 1803 version no problem.
I know it's old
but why does not the latest version work?
