Need help choosing a laptop (Rs. 30,000 or $450)

Looking for a laptop for myself. 

Purposes:

Browsing (I use Office Online for work)
Videos
IM (Telegram)
Light Gaming (nothing graphically intensive. low or mid settings are fine)
OS (Dos or Linux is fine, I can install genuine Windows 10)


I have a custom built gaming PC. So don't need any dedicated GPU for the laptop, so anything above Intel HD5500 is fine.

Budget:

Rs. 30,000 or below (around $450).
