"Why do you need Ashampoo Cinemagraph?"
I am not Photoshop professional and I just learn this and that. I use freeware GIF making applications but the example above is great! I can use it to freeze part of a GIF and create my own funny ones. With Ashampoo Cinemagraph I can make my own GIF or improve on GIF easy-peesy! Thanks!
