Softmaker Office is known to be the most compatible with Microsoft Office documents and the best alternative for Microsoft Office with being user friendly and easy to use. I have used the free version and its great. I would like to use pro version for even more capabilities!
My feedback for Softmaker is to improve support for .rtf format. Its a popular document format but its one of the weakness of the software so I hope there is improvement on this!
