I've been using Internet Download Manager for a long time. Actually, it's my first download manager that I've ever used.
It really helps me to download different files so fast. I've tried other download managers but I still prefer Internet Download Manager to use.
Because it can resume broken downloads which I don't see in other download managers. I want to win a yearly license because I'm just using the trial version.
