I never yet tried or used Surfshark VPN before. From the review I see that it has joined forces with NordVPN. NordVPN is a great and very secure VPN. I liked using it. 
From the review also I see a wealth of information and visiting Surfshark VPN site they even have a Surfshark School! Very great spread of information for their users!  I admire that.  
The new Nexus technology seems to be a great addition as the IP Rotator will protect / secure the user when he is connected to the VPN for a long time. Their "MultiHop"  allows for users to route his traffic through several servers. Very nice touch. I want to win a license of Surfshark VPN so I can see for myself the features that Surfshark has been stating and of course continue to be protected securely and privately. Thanks for this giveaway!
