Malwarebytes and PUPs/PUAs
#1
Exclamation
I have been using Malwarebytes since the program was released, and do have a lifetime license for the same. Of late, I have been noticing that the program has become very aggressive when it comes to detecting PUPs/PUAs (Potentially Unwanted Programs/Applications).

A hyper scan on my PC today detected, 30 infections. One of those was the icon for Ashampoo deals (yes it was an icon Dodgy ), and the rest were components related to WinZip Smart Monitor. Now, I got Winzip for free when I bought another application from Corel, and I'm using the program almost everyday instead of WinRAR.

Have you noticed similar annoyances with Malwarebytes?
Should I downgrade to version 2, will that help? Huh
