EssentialPIM Pro is in my opinion, one of the best ultimate all-in-one tool for managing both life and work. I highly value its comprehensiveness – the calendar, contacts, tasks, and advanced notes are perfectly integrated within a clear interface. It's fast, offers strong encryption for my data, and provides seamless synchronization across my devices. The absence of ads allows me to focus entirely on being productive.
But, while EssentialPIM Pro is an exceptionally good program, a few enhancements could make it even better:
1. More Modern and Customizable Interface. Greater personalization would be welcome: the ability to change module layouts and more keyboard shortcuts.
2. Deeper Integration with External Services: Adding native integrations with popular tools (e.g., two-way calendar sync with Google Calendar, the ability to send emails directly from the address book via Gmail/Outlook).
3. Improved Mobile Version: The mobile app works, but compared to the desktop Pro version, it can feel less fluid and feature-limited.
I would like to win a license to to update my older version of the application.
