AdGuard doesn't say new users only. Which is odd.
By the way, Sticky Password clearly states the license is for new users only:
Registered versions for Heimdal and Soda PDF can be obtained by going to their webpages. I don't know why they have to make users follow this extra step. Here are the links from the downloaded zip
6 months trial Heimdal (so, obviously new users only)
Install and register Soda PDF to activate it
