Version 19.4Released April 2024

New features

• Viruses & Threats
  • Manual scanning settings can be changed for each Windows user account. This means that you do not need administrative rights to change these settings.
    

• Secure Browsing
  • Trusted Shopping settings are opened when you click the popup that appears when you visit an online shopping website (available on extension version 5.5.0 and newer). This gives you easy access to the Trusted Shopping settings.
    
• General improvements
  • The app is now provided as a native 64-bit version. First-time installations on 64-bit systems are now 64-bit. Current existing installations are enabled for 64-bit support during the upgrade, and the following (Total PC 19.5) upgrade migrates the product from 32-bit to 64-bit on 64-bit systems.
    
  • The style of the main user interface has been updated. Issues that require action are now displayed more prominently.
    

Removed features

• Removed the Web Traffic Scanning feature from Viruses & Threats, because it could only scan unencrypted traffic (HTTP), which is rare nowadays.
