I just have gotten the deal and I can find the download link just fine. On the page that said Your Receipt there is a link called "Download Your Software". This is not in the email, it's the page after you clicked on "Complete checkout".

There is something strange. The version given is 6.6 but the download link is v6.3! Have you noticed that?

The promo advertises 6.3x which I interpret to mean 6.3 and further builds in v6 and that is why this key can be used to activate v6.6 as well.
