I been using Shudder for a while and only recently by accident had my VPN on Windscribe and the catalogue improves dramatically!

You can use on Roku. Amazon Fire Stick. Xbox. Chromecast with or without a VPN 

Netflix blocks many VPNs but Shudder doesn't seem to. You can get a free Windscribe account and once you start streaming you can switch it off. 

If you have a Chromecast and VPN it's pretty good if you're a horror fan. Shudder App and Windscribe app installed on my phone beaming to the TV
