Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store gets a redesign, offers Trending and Get Started section

Microsoft Edge add-ons site now has a prettier design similar to Chrome Web Store, with new Home, Trending, and Get Started sections. Microsoft has relabeled ‘All Extensions’ in the old version as ‘Home’ to show some extensions under Editors Picks, Trending, and more.
 
Edge add-ons Home page shows extensions under different categories with names “Make the web accessible”, Most popular, Mazmize you Productivity, Blog your heart out, Keep in touch, Have fun with Microsoft Edge, Stay informed, Picture Perfect, Boost your searches and connect with Friends.
 

Microsoft now allows filtering extension search results by category. UBlock Origin is the top-rated extension under Editors Picks.
 
You can’t stop comparing Edge Add-ons’ new design with Chrome Web Store because they have a lot of similarities. The new Trending section shows some of the top extensions at the top with remaining below. If you’ve just installed the new Microsoft Edge browser, you need to visit the new ‘Get started’ page to try out some of the extensions Microsoft recommends that were chosen from Editors Picks.

Beginning from the Accessibility to Sports category, Edge Add-ons Store now offers top extensions in each category. The new design is currently rolling out and available in the latest Microsoft Edge canary 84.0.505.0 or higher, If you now visit Edge Add-ons site in Stable and other pre-release versions, you’ll get the old version.
