For iPadOS, you're not going to get either of those features. You will see the redesigned widgets, but they'll have to stay in their widgets section on the side of the screen. One big feature for iPadOS is handwriting recognition, which is meant to make working with the Apple Pencil as easy as working with a mouse and keyboard.
The new watchOS update is one of the biggest ones yet. It adds sleep tracking, a long-awaited feature for Apple Watch, although you'll have to set a sleep schedule or turn it on manually for it to work. You can also now share watch faces, and even download third-party watch faces from a web browser.
Finally, tvOS 14 doesn't have much that's new. It has a new picture-in-picture mode, and switching between profiles is easier. All of these updates will arrive on September 16 at 10am PT.
