Finally, three months after the announcement and a month after preorders officially launched, the RTX 50 Laptop GPUs have now been officially tested. We’re talking about actual tests, not sponsored previews that dropped a few days ago.
The flagship model of the RTX 50 Laptop GPU family, the RTX 5090, is the first mobile card with 24GB of GDDR7 memory. This is achieved by using 3GB modules, and as far as gamers are concerned, the future desktop SUPER/Ti update should also take advantage of this memory type.
NVIDIA has formally introduced four cards: RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, and 5070. However, laptop makers have been leaking details on the 5060 and 5050 models coming soon.
