Quote:AMD has new RDNA3 GPU, the RX 7700 non-XT with 16GB VRAM
We can call it a hybrid between the RX 7800XT and 7700XT.

It’s been a long time since the last update for the RDNA3 desktop family, if we forget about the RX 7400 OEM GPU. Today, AMD has officially announced a new desktop gaming card called the RX 7700 (non-XT), which follows the Navi 32 launch from almost exactly two years ago.
Radeon RX 7700 features 40 RDNA3 Compute Units, giving it 2,560 Stream Processors and 80 AI accelerators. AMD confirms it uses a 28.1B transistor GPU, so this is Navi 32 with 160 TMUs and 96 ROPs. More interesting, however, are the memory specifications.
The RX 7700 shares the same memory configuration as the RX 7800 XT, with 16GB of GDDR6 across a 256-bit bus. By comparison, the RX 7700 XT has a 192-bit bus. The speed is also the same as the RX 7800 XT at 19.5 Gbps, which means the bandwidth is identical at 624 GB/s.
