Close all Windows
After working for a while on the PC, often the taskbar is really overcrowded. Closing all windows one by one is a pain in the neck. In this case the ‘Close all Windows‘ tool helps.
The ‘Close all Windows’ tool is a small program, which resides in the system tray (next to the clock) and can be activated by a simple click or by a fast hotkey. The tool closes all windows (and programs) in contrast to the Windows function, which just minimizes the windows. Windows with changed content ask for saving or closing. The tool contains a filter function to exclude certain windows e.g. the mail program.
Additionally the program contains a clipboard cleaner and hotkeys for about 30 predefined texts. The clipboard cleaner removes all special characters in the clipboard. This is handy if formatted text e.g. from the internet browser shall be put to e.g. Word.
