Quote:Opera Touch web browser has finally arrived for the iPad, allowing iOS users who own any of Apple's tablets to use the Opera web browser natively. The new Opera Touch version also comes with a new private mode that's available for all iOS devices, meaning iPhone and iPad, and Android ones.
"Some of you requested that we introduce Opera Touch to the iPad. Today, we are doing just that," said Maciej Kocemba, Product Manager, Opera Touch. "We are also introducing private mode in Opera Touch for iOS today. This now makes the mode available in both our iOS and Android browsers."
As expected, the private mode will allow users to browse the Web incognito, without fearing that their privacy is exposed. When enabled, the new private mode will create a separate session for browsing where things like history, cookies, and any other data will not be stored anywhere and wiped out completely.
