One such issue that the software giant is already investigating affects Remote Desktop connections, as some users complained that remote connections to their other devices end up with a black screen.
A discussion thread on Microsoft’s Community forums (via WL) indicates that connecting to a Windows 10 version 1903 with RDP generates a black screen on the monitor regardless of the type of connection used. Switching to LAN or VPN connections doesn’t help either, and users claim that despite the black screen, input is still available, as the mouse and keyboard respond correctly.
The problem first appeared in May, shortly after Microsoft started the rollout of Windows 10 version 1903, but a fix is yet to be released.
