here also, but because of some reason, the Enhancement tab does not show up!

Hum... check You have an updated and proper driver installer for Your card/integrated sound...

A nice Tool for controlling all system audio on Windows is Equalizer Apo.

For Equalizer APO there is a great tool to configure it comfortabls with a nice GUI. The name of this tool is "Peace".
And it seems like you can configure loudness also with Windows 10 onboard tools. This is described here:

I didn't try this myself, so I can't tell you if it works like you need it.
