Thanks Dino. I have used this before, it was good.

That's a lot of steps for a "no-updates, no-support, feature limited, outdated version". In fact, the version being given away, 16.10.04, was never released.

According to their release notes, they went from from 16.03.01 to 16.10.07 (May 25th, 2016).

I agree, it must be a so-called "special version". Definitely too much to do for no support, but on a positive note, I have used the product before as well and it certainly does what it says.
