On 1 of our laptops, sometimes the keys a, q, z, 1, 0 doesn't work. If I press the keys repeatedly, the keys work. And after some time the issue automatically disappears.
The system is Win 10 64-bit and updated. The drivers are the latest available on the laptop manufacturer's website.
What could be the reason for the issue?

Probably the keyboard sensors are damaged, or one of several keys remain pressed...

harlan, it does seem the keyboard sensors issue. I will check cleaning the keyboard. If the issue is not fixed then I will show it to a tech.
