I use webmail and Outlook. For tasks scheduling I have the built-in Outlook calendar, but I hate it.
What I like about EssentialPIM PRO is that you can take notes and schedule tasks with a reminder about them and a deadline date. There is a scheduler available and you can store passwords in the program. The manufacturer allows you to have a PC and android version, which is useful for synchronizing data, and EPIM Cloud allows you to synchronize and backup EssentialPIM data between these devices in a secure cloud.
EssentialPIM PRO also allows you to organize meetings invitations in Google Meet. It's lightweight, not what Teams is...
